Yes, except in cases of high-risk pregnancy or any other obstetric-gynecological condition, pregnant women up to the twentieth week can bathe in the thermal waters of Terme di Saturnia. The Kneipp path is particularly recommended as it is an effective tool for vascular toning of circulation and microcirculation. For a safe and beneficial thermal bath, the following guidelines are recommended: - limit baths to a maximum duration of 20 minutes; - avoid full immersion and keep the head out of the water; - avoid swimming; - avoid hydromassage jets in pools or waterfalls directly on the abdomen.
Club: children can access the Club. Access to the Spring is allowed for children under 14 only if accompanied and able to swim. Thermal Park: children can access the Thermal Park, specifically: - two pools are entirely dedicated to younger children up to 1 meter in height for a completely safe balneotherapy experience (depth 0.70 meters) - children under 1.50 meters in height cannot access the waterfall and some pools; near these areas, there are real-scale measuring markers to check height before entering the water - children over 14 years of age and able to swim can also access the 2-meter-deep pool
The Club entrance ticket, unlike the Thermal Park ticket, includes access to the Thermal Spring – a natural pool where spring water flows at a temperature of 37.5°C; it also includes access to the Casale, which features indoor, climate-controlled sensory relaxation areas with herbal tea corners, a Finnish sauna, and emotional reaction showers. Club Guests are assigned a sunbed and umbrella in the internal courtyard, and have access to changing rooms with showers and lockers. The Wellness kit (bathrobe, towel, slippers, shopper bag) is also included. In addition, Club Guests have access to the Thermal Park and all its facilities.
